We do not cut corners, we provide an honest assessment of the work that is required and the cost upfront so you always know what to expect. We will only close a job once our clients have signed our job sheets to confirm that they are satisfied with the result – Your Satisfaction is our Success.

We aim to provide a fast and reliable service every time and know that with our 24 hour reactive services our response times are of the upmost importance. Every call we receive, even out of hours, are answered by a trained member of our team who will gather the information needed to assess your requirements and get the right person to you as quickly as possible.

At FCCM we take the health and safety of our people, and that of others, very seriously and everyone who works for us is required to adhere to our strict Health and Safety policy. We are also members of CHAS (Contractors Health and Safety) and Contractor Plus for additional peace of mind.
